Observation and communication
Nurses document care and report concerns about tolerance, response or changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare professional.
Coordination before the first visit
We confirm orders, supplies, required competencies and the proposed schedule before agreeing to a clinical service. We also explain the role of the nurse and any support the client or family will provide.

Clinical services depend on assessment, appropriate orders, supplies and qualified staff availability. Caregivers do not independently prescribe or change medications.
