The Noble Oak is an RN-led home-care team serving Windsor–Essex. We support seniors and adults who need assistance at home, people recovering after a hospital stay and families looking for a trusted helping hand.
Our team includes Personal Support Workers, Registered Nurses and Registered Practical Nurses. Together, we plan care around physical needs, emotional well-being, personal preferences and the routines that make a day feel familiar.
Whether we are helping with bathing, sharing a conversation or providing nursing care, our aim is to help people feel heard, respected and supported. Family members can stay involved in planning and reviewing care, with the client’s consent.
